We will aim to ensure all products displayed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

Processing your order

Orders received before 2pm will be processed and dispatched same business day subject to stock availability. Order received after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order. There will be a tracking number included in this email so you can check the status of your order with Australia Post.

Please note we are unable to make changes to your order including your delivery details, items, colours, sizes or removing items from your order once it has been processed.

How much is delivery?

BlossyBloom charge a flat delivery fee of $9.90 anywhere in Australia.  If you purchase $60 or more of BlossyBloom products in one transaction we waiver the delivery fee.

How long will it take?

Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 2-3 days, depending on the delivery service used and your location. We have outlined below in more detail:

Melbourne metropolitan areas

Victorian country/regional areas

3 to 4 days

Interstate metropolitan areas

3 to 4 days

Do you deliver Australia wide?

Yes – BlossyBloom ships all its orders through the Australia Post network.

Do you deliver overseas?

We can deliver your order overseas by special arrangement. Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm overseas shipping costs.

International orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. BlossyBloom accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid.
