Bra Fitting & Care
Okay, you’ve been to our Fitting Room to work out your bra size and purchased one of our lovely designs from the Nina and/or Allegria Collections. Does it fit you properly? There are a couple of things to check around the band and cup to make sure you have bought the right size bra for you. Go toto run through the checklist.
Returns & Replacements
What if it doesn’t fit? Don’t worry! In fact here at BlossyBloom we will pay for the return shipping! If you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue you an exchange or refund. Shipping & Delivery
Orders received before 2pm will be processed and dispatched same business day subject to stock availability. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
All orders must be prepaid. We offer a range of convenient payment options using PayPal, Credit Card and Direct Deposit.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order. There will be a tracking number included in this email so you can check the status of your order with Australia Post. If you have registered as a “BlossyBloomer” you will also be able to login to your Account to view the status of your orders.
Updating Account Information
Log in to your account using your email address and password to update your account information. You will be able to change your email address, add or change shipping & billing addresses and change your password. We do not store your credit card details in any way; they are secured by 128-bit SSL encryption (industry standard) and transmitted to our payment processing provider.
