BlossyBloom Returns Policy

What if it doesn't fit? Don't worry! In fact here at BlossyBloom we will pay for the return shipping! If you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue you an exchange or refund.  We want to make your online shopping experience easy and fun.

Contact us to receive your Free Return instructions and confirm that the following conditions have been met ....

  1. Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of purchase;
  2. Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
  3. Copy of your original invoice

You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the items in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if this policy has not been adhered to.

 

Processing Refunds

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Please remember, your financial institution can take an extra few days to get the refund back into your account.

We will refund you the same way you paid. If you paid via:

  • Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.
  • Direct Deposit: Your nominated bank account will be deposited with refunded monies.

Shipping fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are faulty.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team. We will confirm the exchange stock is available and hold the item for 10 business days (after which it will returned to stock) so send your return back to us as soon as possible to ensure you get your chosen size.  We will then send out the new size at no extra charge.

Return of Underwear

Due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept any returns of underwear. Please view our Measurement Guide on each BlossyBloom Knickers product page to double check your sizing.

Faulty Item

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team, so they can guide you through the returns process and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are faulty.

Incorrect Item

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team who will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
